Dan O'Neill is Lean Inc.'s
Managing Director and owner. He is Lean's leading force in all thought and
theory. No wonder, O'Neill is a product of New York's Madison Avenue. There, he was a
creative leader at such global agencies as B.B.D.O., McCann Erickson and
Saatchi & Saatchi. He's thinking has produced generous sales for blue chip
clients like Coca Cola, Nabisco, Wendy's, General Electric, Pillsbury,
Lever Brothers, Paine Webber, Northwest Airlines, IBM, Burger King, Day's Inn,
MCI, Molson Beer, McDonald's, General Motors and more. Dan is quite proud
to be associated with the talented members of Lean Inc. who, along with him,
have won the industry's most prestigious awards including the ANDY, One Show,
Art Direction Magazine's Creativity Award - twice, the Clio, Cannes Lion, the
International Radio Award, The London International Advertising Award, the Black

Eric Petersen, Line Producer
Eric Petersen has been on the production front lines since 1990
and is in the top 1% of computer
graphics globally. An experienced producer and writer with a BA
in Literature
from EckerdCollege,
Eric offers a double edge sword
of ability that will cut through any confusion and lead us to brilliant
accuracy every time. He has skillfully worked for such blue chip clients as
Mercedes-Benz, McDonald's, the U.S. Navy, NASCAR, Toyota
and many more. Our Lean Production Coordinator, among other duties, will
supervise all aspects of technical and literal translations between Account Directors,
the Creative Teams, our Digital Team and our Media Team. In short, Eric
supervises the scheduling of work between the various components of our Marketing
Teams. He makes sure strategy, creative direction, media, concepting, copy,
art, music, video and film are always there when they are suppose to be as they
are supposed to be. In short, he assures us that all services are
rendered as requested and to schedule. Petersen is our overall shop steward keeping all creative and
management issues on schedule. Eric is our go to guy. He's the guy who guarantees that all our duties are
performed and fulfilled accurately as planned.
